THREE ON LAWRENCE
A development + design + build project for three urban rentals in the RiNo neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Each two story unit has a private outdoor garden space on the ground level connected to the interior through large sliding glass panels. The second floor contains the private functions of the residences with two bedrooms, laundry, and a shared full bathroom. Each unit has its own rooftop deck with views to both downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains.
Design includes double 2x4 exterior walls filled with dense packed locally made cellulose insulation.
